About The Conference

The Vision Conference is back for 2022 for both in-person and online training to help you plan more sales and profit for the coming year.

 

The Vision Conference is an end-of-year into beginning-of-year leadership training program for your company’s executive and sales teams that trains decision-makers on high-level sales and profit planning that can become a game changer. We bring the best of the kind of sales and profit planning strategies governing Estimate Rocket’s own growth and the growth of our most successful customers, and we’ll show you how to level-up and join a higher tier of vision-casting! These vision conferences are planned at the perfect time of year to help you course-correct and get ready for new growth before you're underwater with heavy spring and summer production processes! Attendees will build strategic systems and experience collaborative practice in the following:

The in-person event is hosted in Boston, Massachusetts at the Westin Copley Place for 2 days of sales and profit planning that helps you analyze trends and create new, executable strategies that you can take home with you and implement right away. Not able to attend in person? We will be broadcasting the Vision Conference via GoToWebinar for remote attendees to join in the sessions AND the conversation in a simple, easy-to-use format. All in-person and online attendees will receive:

  • Vision Conference Tactical Exercises workbook (pdf for online attendees) with 6 worksheets to help you articulate company trends, create cost-benefit analyses, and set priorities with action steps for the coming year.
  • Vision Conference Planning Spreadsheet (Google sheet) with 6 formula-rich tabs to help you perform fast calculations and compute quick cost/benefit pictures of your coming years.
  • Access to collaborative dialogue with your fellow in-person and online attendees to help you develop and get feedback on your strategies.

Morning sessions will walk through strategy development worksheets, and afternoon sessions will host collaboration exercises with other leadership teams to compare and contrast strategies and get feedback to help bulletproof your ideas and plans.

The conference evenings allow you to time connect with other like-minded professionals in the beautiful and active Boston Seaport area. Relaxing at informal dinner conversations or going out with a group to a number of walking-distance venues provides ample opportunity to experience those invaluable, off-the-clock “aha!” moments that come during unscheduled hang-outs.

Also–new this year!--join us this year before the conference for a one-day Advanced Training Workshop on progressive practices in Estimate Rocket to help you scale your business and use our software to power your sales and profit plan as your business evolves. You do not need to be an Estimate Rocket user to attend the Vision Conference, but you need to be a user to attend the Advanced Training Workshop. This one-day Workshop will take place the day before the Vision Conference and will cover advanced practices for Estimating, Proposal Design, Follow-Up Campaigns, Workflow and Scheduling, and Profitable Reports.

You do NOT have to be an Estimate Rocket user to benefit from the Vision Conference sales and profit planning strategies.

Vision Conference

  • $300 for Estimate Rocket users, in-person or online.

Advanced Training Workshop

  • $100 for Estimate Rocket customers, in-person only.
